What I offer

A comfortable, confidential and safe therapy space which is focused on you and your needs. I will give you the time to explore, reflect and learn new ways to manage your emotional wellbeing, in a way that feels helpful and sustainable as you move forward through the different stages of your life. I prioritise the development of a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard and validated.

My approach

As a therapist I work flexibly and creatively, providing a safe and comfortable environment, allowing clients to express themselves freely. I offer a warm and welcoming space where trust and respect are paramount. I welcome clients’ uniqueness and am always sensitive and curious to the specific needs of those I am working with.

 

I work with clients who are experiencing the whole range of anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem and with those who have experienced trauma in their lives, also drawing on mindfulness, compassion focused and acceptance and commitment therapy. I always work through this in a way and at a pace that works for the individual, allowing clients to process life experiences and equipping and empowering them to take control of their own emotional wellbeing.
